This is a short guide on how to access and use the portal to log a Helpdesk ticket for IT.



Open a web browser and go to https://service.mlcsyd.nsw.edu.au. Once the page loads click Sign In.

 


Click Report an Incident.

 

 


 
Add the subject, a description of the problem with as much detail as possible and select a category from the drop down. If unsure of the category, select Other.

 

Once you have completed these steps, click submit.
