How to Log a New Service Request

Login to the Service Desk portal and click Request New Service.
Click on the relevant request.
For an Event Setup supply the relevant information.
If you require a file restored please supply the relevant information for us to locate and restore.
If you require a monitor, simply click on place request.
If you require a keyboard or mouse, simply click place request.
