Making a call on a computer
The dial pad can be used like a typical phone to make a call to a staff member.
To dial a number from Teams, go to Calls , and then start typing the name of the person you wish to call. Then click Call
.
Making a call on a mobile phone
To use Microsoft Teams on your mobile phone you will need to download it from the relevant app store for you device and then login with your MLC credentials.
To make a call, tap Calls >
and search for the staff member you wish to call.
