Sign into admin.vivi.io.
Select Media from the left sidebar and then select the Library folder
Select Add Media
Select the media type from the drop-down menu
Select Choose Files and upload your media file. If file is a Powerpoint presentation, set the transition interval timer to 10 and press Submit
Your file should now be visible in the folder, wait until the Status has updated from Processing to Ready before proceeding
Select Signage > Playlists from the left sidebar and then select the Library playlist
Select Playlist
Select Edit Items and then click Clear All in the box that opens up to remove the previous signage from the playlist
Select the Library media folder from the left sidebar and when open press the + next to the file you wish to display. Once the nominated file is visible in the Playlist section on the right, press Update.
